We encourage our customers to fully utilize the evaluation period provided to assess the software’s fit for their requirements before proceeding with a license purchase.

Evaluation Period:

We urge all our customers to take full advantage of the evaluation period offered. This period is designed for you to test and evaluate our software comprehensively, ensuring it meets your specific needs. This evaluation is crucial for making an informed purchasing decision.

Refund Policy:

If you determine that our software does not align with your needs, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
  • License Uninstallation: To process a refund, remote access to the system hosting the software is required. Our support personnel will facilitate the uninstallation of the license key provided at purchase. This step is essential for deactivating the software and preventing further use.
  • Processing Refunds: Upon verification of the software uninstallation, we will proceed with the refund process. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you wish to cancel your license within the stipulated refund period, please adhere to the refund process mentioned above, including the requirement for remote access for license uninstallation.
