The software license remains valid for a specific major version of the program (e.g., version 1) and is perpetual, meaning it does not expire and does not require renewal.
A license is issued exclusively for the current major version of the program (e.g., version 1) and is applicable only to that version. The license is non-transferable and is issued for use by a specific company/organization and its employees only.
IT service providers are permitted to register the programs on client sites in compliance with the terms of the ordered licenses, but the programs can only be used by the IT service provider's staff. The programs must be uninstalled after the client support has ended. If the client's staff requires the continued use of the programs installed by the IT service provider, they must obtain their own licenses.

Steelsonic Software does not ship physical products. Instead, we provide a product download link and a license key which are sent to the email address you provide during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a valid email address to Steelsonic for delivery purposes.
